Complete a paper Free and Reduced Price Meal Application form. Paper forms can be obtained and returned to any Elk Grove Unified school office, cafeteria, or the Elk Grove Unified Food & Nutrition Services office at 8389 Gerber Road, Sacramento, CA 95828.
Families need only complete one meal application per household.
